To guarantee your agreement with GWM Executive Travel a 20% deposit (non refundable) is required to secure your booking. Payment of the remainder of the balance is to be paid no later than 28 days of your booking.
Between days 27-7 prior to your booking date, 75% is non refundable,
7 days prior to your booking date 100% is non refundable.
All monies received by GWM Executive Travel for bookings are deposited into a protected Santander clients account in accordance with the package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 201. In case of GWM Executive Travel insolvency, all monies deposited for holidays not complete will be refunded in full.
GWM Executive Travel is not responsible for any of your personal belongings and luggage throughout your booking with us, we do guarantee that our vehicles with be locked at all times when not under supervision, we do advise that all belongings are removed at the end of the day if you are on a multiple day tour.
We do strongly advise that all customers have purchased travel insurance for there trip to cover any misfortunes.
GWM Executive Travel cannot except any liability for loses or additional expenses incurred through delays, cancellations or change in other transport service disruptions, any sickness, weather problems or causes out with our control.
If GWM Executive Travel has any technical issues and is unable to fulfil the service thats agreed we will resource another tour operator of the same standard to cover this, if this is not possible GWM Executive Travel will refund the customer in full.
